We don't have a website actually but we do have a yahoo group for reports of ritual dates and another group that does some lessons. Ostara was very good last night. we had 11 members here for ritual and feast and every sunday night at 7pm there is a meet and greet at governor's to meet new people interested in joining us. you can also call me at 783-6493 and i will be happy to answer questions.

Does Silver Circle have a website? I am curious to learn more. I am not far from Lewiston and have been searching for a group or coven for quite some time. Are the rituals open to the public so that someone has a chance to get a feel for the group? Thank you for any info!

Not at this time. the closest member is in Bath. If you want to come when the weather gets a little better, i'm sure we could get you a ride. i was raised in Damariscotta and so was Bill, our member from Bath.

I'd join the Silver Circle but I am in Damariscotta and don't have transportation. Is there anyone from here that goes there?

We have a coven in Lewiston named the Silver Circle. We hold rituals for full moon and the esbats and sabbats. Full moon for this month is tomorrow evening at 7. Call 783-6493 for directions.
Ostara will be on Saturday evening the 21st, also at 7pm. We welcome new members and those who are searching.

Thank you for responding. I am going as a guest. I don't believe I will be ready to join for sometime as I feel I need to "sample" different covens and dynamics before I make a decision. I will check out their guidelines if they have them.

I have moved from Christianity to Wiccan in my life and am still influenced I think by the montheistic jealousy of that religion. I pray to the Mother, but havea hard time praying to other gods...are there others like that?

Are you guesting with the coven, or is this an offical joining? Ask whether or not they have a website, with some posted guidelines, or if they have a handout with the same. Better yet, ask the facilitators what they expect of a new person, and for a general idea of what they'll be doing during ritual. None of these questions are inappropriate, and as a priestess I would *expect* an individual to have them.
