Hey Hope, I just realized you joined. Looking forward to Popham and possibly meeting your family? Our one son might be coming with us. See you there!

There are more of us out there than you know ;-) It's interesting that the area that you and live in actually has a large number of solitaries. I wish they would come to open ritual, because it would be nice to have more people to celebrate with.
The Pagan community in Maine has been active for over 25 years, but it seems like the Internet has finally helped so many folks make that connection with each other.
We are planning to bring the baby, and if you do bring your boys, they'll probably be fine as they have tons of beach to be rambuncitous on, as well as other kids to hang out with. ~Kerry~
New to the Pagan community. Never cared much for the organized religions, but searched for years for something that made sence to me. When I read Scott Cunningham's book "The truth about witchcraft today", it made so much sence to me. I am married and have 3 children. I work in the human services field working with homeless and at risk adolescents.
2008 was my first Beltane at Popham, and it was so great to see so many people who have the same interests as I do. I had soooo much fun!! Even though I was starting to turn into a popcicle! My feet were numb from being barefoot during ritual, but it was so worth it! I had many facial piercings, torn jeans and a camo sweatshirt with embroidery on the back.
